For valuation of property (immovable or moveable), please contact only those valuers who are authorized by the Bank and pay only approved service charges.  List of authorized Valuers is given in this web site only. Approved rate of professional charges to be paid to valuers directly by the applicant  are Rs. 2500/-                 

Please make use of our Suggestion Box kept in every Branch for giving any kind of suggestion related to the operations of Bank.    

If you have any grievances with respect to Bank dealings, please meet with Grievances Settlement Committee / Chairman of the Bank.

All activities within Bank premises are under surveillance through CCTV.  

Please do not leave the payment counter/premises unless you count your withdrawn cash and get satisfied with the transaction. Bank will not entertain any claim whatsoever if it is brought to the notice after leaving Bank payment Counter/premises.

Please be regular in paying your loan instalment for availing 1% rebate in interest.

Please fill up loan application forms properly and ensure that all information required therein is filled in together with required documents in support. Incomplete application is liable to its straight rejection.

Please do not take loan in your name for others if you are not ready and capable to pay its instalments regularly. Total liability of payment will be of loanee or his/her surety.

Please do not hide any information and always ensure to be honest in providing particulars /information that are asked for by the bank. Any concealment of vital information and/or providing false information/documents may lead to cancellation of your membership and legal action .

Please do not share your ATM/Debit Card No, CVV, PIN or OTP ( One time password) with anyone over phone ,SMS, e-mails to redeem the reward point or to claim any incentive . The Kangra Bank or its Staff members will not ask for this information. In case of lost of your card please inform the bank immediately for avoiding any misuse thereof.

Please be regular in attending all Annual General Body Meetings.
