SALE OF PROPERTIES

 

In terms of The Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, and Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, and in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13(2) & 13(4) thereof, the Bank has taken over the possession of the under mentioned properties.

 

The Bank intends to sell the properties DETAILED HEREUNDER on “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS” THROUGH “SALE BY INVITING TENDERS”, as per brief particulars given hereunder:

·        Both the above mentioned properties shall be sold on “as is where is basis” and “as is what is basis”.

·        The aforesaid properties shall not be sold below the Reserve Price mentioned above.

·        The successful offerer/bidder shall deposit 25% of the amount of sale price, adjusting the Earnest Money Deposit paid already, within 48 hours of the acceptance of offer by the Authorised Officer in respect of the sale, failing which the earnest deposit shall be forfeited.

·        The balance 75% of the sale price shall be payable on or before 15th day of confirmation of the sale by the Authorised Officer or such extended period as agreed upon in writing by and solely at the discretion of the Authorised Officer. In case of failure to deposit this balance amount within the prescribed period, the amount deposited shall be forfeited.

·        The Authorised Officer is not bound to accept the highest offer or any or all offers and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

·        In case all the tenders are rejected, or, on the either side, no bid/sealed tender as invited below by the Authorised Officer, has been received by the Bank, the Authorised Officer can negotiate with any of the tenderers or other parties for sale of the above mentioned properties by way of Private Treaty.

·        The successful purchaser would bear the charges/fees payable, such as stamp duty, registration fee etc., as applicable as per Law.

·        This publication is also 30 day’s notice to all the above named borrowers.

 

Offers are invited in sealed covers by the undersigned from the intending buyer(s) for purchase of the above mentioned properties, at the MD Office of the Bank. The last date for submission of both the offers is 28.07.2010 which shall be opened on 29.07.2010 at 11.00 A.M. at the MD Office of the Bank i.e. at A-50, Naharpur Main Market, opposite Pocket E-5, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi -110085.

 

The intending buyers may inspect the property on 07.07.2010 between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., Bank Drafts/Pay Orders for EMD should be in favour of “The Kangra Co-operative Bank Ltd., account Smt.Suman Lata (JP-13/170)” and “The Kangra Co-operative Bank Ltd., account Sh. Satish Kumar (JP-7/215)”.
