The Kangra Co-operative Bank Limited Managing Director- Attar Chand Parmar with Delhi Chief Minister , Smt. Sheila Dikshit . Parmar was conferred one of the most prestigious “CHAUDHARY BRAHM PRAKASH MEMORIAL AWARD 2010-11”. This distinction was conferred on him by Smt. Sheila Dikshit, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Delhi on 21st November, 2011 for his commendable selfless services rendered and efforts made to foster co-operative movement in Delhi for more than two decades.
